Laughter Yoga with Dave Berman

In Laughter Yoga class, we are playful like children and combine mindful yogic breathing with laughing on purpose for exercise.

Benefits include:
* less stress
* better mood
* stronger immune system
* improved circulation
* higher pain tolerance
* breathe more easily and mindfully
* more restful sleep
* increased creativity
* new friends
* greater resilience

And much more – all from intentional laughter without jokes, comedy or humor! The body can’t tell the difference.

This is a gentle cardio and core workout suitable for all ages and fitness levels*. People often experience a “runner’s high.”

No yoga mat, special exercise clothes, or previous experience required. Wear loose, comfortable clothes and bring water.

Classes are 50-60 minutes, including 30-40 minutes of laughter and breathing exercises, guided meditation, and a little time to talk about the experience.
