This month we will be discussing the TED Talk: “Power of Vulnerability”.
“Brené Brown studies human connection — our ability to empathize, belonging, and love. In a poignant, funny talk, she shares a deep insight from her research, one that sent her on a personal quest to know herself as well as to understand humanity. She then spent 6 years on decoding the causes of vulnerability. She found that love and belonging are the feelings most common to people who have a sense of worthiness. ”
